Belle et Bete

Belle et Bête produces and promotes unique art and puppetry for all ages that is high-quality, handmade, and honest. Whether transforming an apron and baseball hat into a barbecue pitmaster, filming intricately drawn puppets to tell the infamous story of the Collyer brothers, using flashlights to cast shadows of fantastical landscapes, hosting puppeteers from across the Southeast to perform short experimental pieces, making simple puppets to sell at craft fairs, or teaching people how to make their own puppets, the new collaborative partnership between Kimi Maeda and Lyon Forrest Hill brings joy and wonder to the everyday.
